HYPR/D provides growth diagnostic, website, automation, marketing, reporting, social, AI discovery readiness, and digital operations services for businesses. Public website content is informational and does not create a client relationship by itself.
2. No Guaranteed Outcomes
HYPR/D does not guarantee revenue, rankings, leads, platform behavior, or AI recommendations. HYPR/D focuses on clearer systems, stronger execution, better measurement, and continuous improvement.
3. Engagement Scope
Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, access requirements, approvals, and responsibilities are defined in separate written proposals, statements of work, or agreements.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, authorized system access, lawful customer data, timely approvals, and compliance details needed for email, SMS, social, advertising, and data workflows.
Clients retain ownership of their accounts, assets, analytics, creative, customer lists, and business data unless a written agreement states otherwise. HYPR/D may need access to perform agreed work, but ownership and approved access are separate.
5. Website Content
HYPR/D website content may describe possible services, examples, methods, or deliverables. Actual engagement scope depends on business needs, complexity, data availability, integrations, and agreed priorities.
6. Intellectual Property
HYPR/D owns its website content, service frameworks, templates, processes, designs, and materials unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Client-owned materials remain the client's property.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious content, or use HYPR/D materials in a misleading or unlawful way.
8. Third-Party Platforms
HYPR/D work may involve third-party platforms such as analytics tools, CRMs, email/SMS systems, review platforms, social networks, search platforms, hosting providers, and AI systems. HYPR/D does not control third-party platform decisions or availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HYPR/D is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or reliance on public website content.
10. HYPR/D SMS Program
IOBUCKET LLC d.b.a HYPR/D offers optional informational and marketing text messages. Informational messages concern your inquiries, appointments, and services. Marketing messages concern HYPR/D services, offers, and updates. You choose each type separately through an unchecked consent box on our discovery request form.
- Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Submitting an inquiry or selecting text as a contact preference does not by itself enroll you in marketing messages.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the program you select. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. A later inquiry does not automatically re-enroll you.
