You do. HYPR/D works through approved access, documents meaningful changes, and keeps account, asset, analytics, creative, and customer-data ownership with the business unless a written agreement says otherwise.
What contract term should we expect?
Most HYPR/D engagements begin with a setup period and an initial 90-day term, then continue monthly unless a larger scope requires a different agreement.
