The fastest route depends on what you need answered.

Use the discovery intake for growth-system questions. If the issue is website performance, search visibility, reviews, lead capture, CRM, automation, campaigns, reporting, or AI readiness, the Growth Diagnostic is the cleanest starting point.

Use partnership when another team owns the relationship. Agencies, consultants, operators, franchisors, and advisors can use the partnership line when the client needs diagnosis, repair, automation, or reporting support behind the scenes.

Use client support for active work. Current clients should include the business name, affected system, task or approval involved, and the next decision needed so the request can be routed clearly.
